Self imposed trading times

At 2pm I called Clicks Malvern and enquired about their time of closure and was told 3pm. The store is 6 minutes away from my home. I landed at the store at 14:45 to closed doors, the security guard at this store who acts like the Minister of Retail says the computers are offline. Absolutely pathetic management here always, they will never assist you yet get their glorified puppets to do their dirty jobs. You seem to think that your customers have no needs and are forgetful that your customers keep your livelihood going. This isn’t the first time this store closed their doors before time and I’m not surprised as this is the only branch of clicks where staff are absolutely lackadaisical and enjoy making chit chat amongst themselves. Amend your trading hours if you are in a hurry to go home.
