Security

I am offended. Was very upset when I went to this store today and on my way in the security called me to close the plastic with a sellotape. Why is that being done cause when I go to Clicks Eastgate, Springs and East Rand Mall they do not do such a thing? Is that your policy if so why isn't it being implemented at all your branches? This is insulting to all your customers
