Second time with Clicks Kokstad

Good day,<br> <br> I am writing this email to report about the poor and rude customer service I have experienced at Clicks Kokstad. This is the second time this has happened to me and the same manager was on duty and failed to manage the situation effectively. <br> <br> The first time I asked for help and the staff walked away rudely, ignoring my request.The second time the cashier was rude and gave me the wrong information. It led to us shouting back and forth. A customer should not be treated this way.This is unacceptable and I hope that they will be warned of this bad behavior. Their response after I complained was unfair and discriminatory as they spoke their language knowing full well I did not understand. <br> <br> I should have obtained their names but it was the manager and cashier on duty on December 31st, 2015. <br> <br> Thank you<br>
