Second hand electronic item

I have purchased a Safeway brush from clicks Phoenix Plaza. When I returned home I checked the box was not sealed, and has been used by and returned, put back on the shelf for resale. I have been trying to call the store ever since. Clicks Phoenix or any other branch doesn't answer calls or if they do they put down the receiver immediately. Such a reputable store as clicks to purchase a second hand item, and charging customers the price of a brand new item.
