Script problem

On the 19th of August went to the Trade Route Mall Clicks Pharmacy with a scrip from the Doctor rude and unapologetic pharmacist by the name of Kevin assisted me he then advised me that the script is not valid and that I will have to go to the Doctor to get a new script. This is money and petrol we are talking about which he gave me a whole bunch of reasons as to why it was not valid. I got the new script from the doctor I went to the Southdale Clicks pharmacy the first thing I did was show the old script which they verified as valid as this was both pharmacists. Instead of giving them the old script I gave them the new one I need to script and proof to when I am going to log a complaint against Kevin who does not have any people skills and who thinks his doing us a favor by being they. The question I have is why is it that the Clicks in Trade route has a problem with my script and Southdale Clicks does not. I want to know from Trade Route Clicks if this is the way of treating your customers. If this issue is not addressed I will take this further.
