Script issues

<p>Went to collect medication for script for my son at East Rand mall Branch. Should have been loaded at Lambton branch. Six Repeats. Script was not on system they tried phoning Lambton branch who did not answer phone despite being answered at reception. This after waiting in queue for approx 25 minutes.</p>
