So the past weeks I have been closely observing how clicks prices are different on the till compare to shelves. The whole week, i noticed that almost all items I buy, I pay more. Day before yesterday, I paid R3 extra for a chocolate, I paid R3 extra for Score energy, this morning the monster energy was R16,99, the till wanted R21,99, then the store overridden it to be R17,99, I still paid R1 extra. When I spoke to the teller, all they said was sorry.

Last time I paid a cologne costing R899 for R1050. This is really ridiculous and must be investigated. I wonder how many customers are getting ****med with this.

And by the way, after all the spending, I am still not getting loyalty points. Just for a record, I buy at clicks every morning since June 2019, I have been observing this **** game. I want my money back, not an apology.
