Sarcastic and Rude pharmacy!

I just came from Clicks Pharmacy Strand Dorpsmeent center. Got a script for new flu meds after 2 weeks with the worse flu I've ever had. I was the ONLY customer and there were 2 women to assist. I was told to sit and wait. So I waited and waited and waited. I got up and asked one of the women why it's taking so long. She said she didn't know and finally the woman came back with my meds (S1 and S2). I asked her why it took so long and she sarcastically said "that's how it works at a pharmacy". I told her "not at all pharmacies". She gave me a hateful look and I said "they must just tell people if its going to take long". And she very sarcastically pushed the pills towards me and loudly said: "ENJOY IT!!" in front of another customer! ENJOY having flu? ENJOY taking medication? Her name is Simone Fondling. I spend between R1500 and R2000 every month at this Clicks. I buy all my toiletries, cleaning products, make up, supplements, home appliances etc here. That's excluding the pharmacy. My husband also spends a lot of money here. I am disgusted in your customer service. I NEVER complain. Today was the first time I ever thought I would say something. You will NEVER see me or anyone in my family here again! I would never treat a client in such a disgusting sarcastic way. You should be ashamed of the people representing you as a business!
