Sanbel clicks carelessness

I’m writing this with a heavy heart and disappointment. This is Sanbel clicks in bellville . On the 2nd of April around 10am or before 10 in the morning. I went to clicks to buy battle warmer for babies which was R250 and later on I found out that a colleague had bought it we then went back and exchange it with the sterilizer which was 150 . The cashier gave me the difference , and I had put the money down as I was taking out a R20 to pay for a bottle of what and I remember taking the weather change back it was coins. I left and forgot about the rest of the money that was on top of the counter. A colleague of mine shouted and said” you left your phone” which I went back and took it from the security that was in duty on the day. Fast forward, I later realised I didn’t take the money and it was after the event we had. I went back to clicks as the across my work place to ask about the change and luckily the cashier was still the same lady who assisted. She said “ I gave you the money so I don’t know if you left it or not” I asked if there are no cameras and to my surprise the clicks in Sanbel(Bellville) doesn’t have cameras according to their staff.

This is not to say the cashier took the money back but I’m concerned about the fact that a whole store as big as clicks doesn’t have cameras.
