Samsung J1

I bought my phone there and after two or so I discovered it has a problem with speaker,when I took it back they said I must take it to Vodacom myself which I did.they returned the phone saying there is no problem but the consultants did admit the samsung J1 Is a problem.i tested the phone the same problem was happening,I took it to clicks they took it back saying they will take it back to vodacom.today I call the store after waiting for a week he tells me vodacom still says there is no problem they will have to take it to samsung,after spending r1500 cash buying the phone and now I have to leave with no smart phone to fulfill my duties.and I discovered that another white lady got her refund back ,I have to suffer is it because I'm black?
