Same old Clicks

On 11 January 2020 I wanted to contac Clicks via email as te call centre was already closed. I received a automated response to say they will contact me in 2 working days. Therefor by my calculation I should have heard from them by Wednesday, 15 January 2020. Today is 18 January and still no response. I also tried to use the contact form on their website and it still isn't working. I have mentioned this to them on the occasions I contacted them via email and phone but nothing has been fixed. I am surprised about this because the website was redone so it would have been the opportune time to sort it out. Seems like Clicks is going into a new decade them same as they left the old. Sad
