Sale of Expired merchandise at Clicks Lambton

Yesterday, I went past Clicks Lambton from gym as I needed a protein supplement and I came across protein cookies @ 75% off and thought I should give them a try. I was feeling hungry so I started nibbling on them in the car. I flipped the packed around to read a bit more about them while I stopped at the traffic light. To my shock and disgust, the cookies had expired. I've attached pictures for you to see.

Shouldn't these things be off the shelf already?? Actually, I know the answer to that. The fact that I couldn't take another bite of these cookies soon as I saw the expiry date means these should have been chucked out in the bin already. just because they're expired doesn't mean you mark them down. This is a huge health hazard. What if I had gotten sick from this?
