Safeway steamer is useless

I bought a Safeway garment steamer online and it was on promotion for R419. It was delivered to my place early this month. I was so excited and brought my laundry in for ironing. My steamer didn't even get one Cope done. The sole reason I bought it was to use it on my Clergy wear as I am a Priest and our garments dont fit nicely on an ironing board so I thought of having a steamer as one of my colleagues once recommended it. It is not fulfilling the purpose. I lost the document I signed on delivery and discarded some papers. I do not know what to do...but I do not need this TOY it is useless. Kindly assist. I not satisfied with it. Its steam is too low, it could even iron a clerical shirt, cotton shirt. I'd love to bring it back. K
