Safeway Ladies Bikini Trimming system

Last December i bought the Safeway Ladies Bikini Trimming systems, i only used it 3 times and from May this year it started giving me problems and because i was in and out of hospital i only managed to take it back in October. When i got to Clicks Alberton where i bought the machine i explained that the exfoliator works just fine but the trimming machine doesn't work, they kept on saying but it's rotating so it's fine, i came back home with it yes it rotates but when I put it against my skin it stops working. I kept on asking what will happen if i get home and still fail to use it. Until today i can't shave because someone refused to exchange the machine, maybe clicks should just refund me because all i wanted was a new machine not money.
