Safeway-all checks are in place but works when it wants

I have always boughy Safeway as I believe in their product range. But recently I have bought a 1 5 jug Blender and are so frustrated with it. It's the worst bought ever from Safeway! At a time I thought that it doesn't work anymore and guarantee was over a year. I checked it out and it works....... 2 days ago I wanted to use it and the blender just dont want yo work. Check if all the marks was in placed, lid was closed properly, everything was in placed..... Again it's not working. Its so frustrated and I never ever going to buy any other product from Safeway.
