*****s money and doesn't give you an order

Purchased an order online 3 days ago, payment was taken off my account and no order confirmation was given. Contacted customer care, who are truly some of the most useless people I've ever had to deal with, every single person tells a different lie. Specific complaint regarding someone called Fatima, in customer care, who was supposed to be the person dealing with my issue, whenever the other customer care would transfer me to her, she would just hang up.

All I'm trying to find out is when will I receive my refund.
