Russell Hobbs Supreme Glide Iron

Purchased a Russell Hobbs Iron on 24/06/2022 from Clicks Musgrave Dbn ,was told by an assistant it has a 2year warranty no one told me I had to register for the 2nd year just out of the guarantee took it to clicks to have it repaired they say I must contact Russel Hobbs to have it repaired. This Iron was bought from Clicks they need to get it repaired as it states in big bold writing it has a 2year warranty.Totally dissatisfied with their returns service .
