Rudeness

Young man called Muzi at the Sandton City pharmacy counter (never seen him there before) initially appeared quite friendly ....until he realised that I didn't speak his mother tongue... When I insisted that we communicate in English, he got irritated and incredibly rude. I stood up for myself because most of the other staff seemed to prefer taking a \neutral"stance.
