Rude, unhelpful, *********** and lazy

<p>I have been to this clicks twice now and on both occassions they were completely unable to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The 1st time - They refused to load my script onto the system because it wasn't the original and rather it was faxed from my doctor in Gauteng. They then told me in their infinite wisdom that I must have the script couriered down to Cape Town. Yes, they LITERALLY wanted me to get a single A5 piece of paper driven down to Cape Town on my expense because they were incapable of applying basic logic to deal with the issue at hand.</p> <p> </p> <p>The 2nd time - Rather than having that *****ic task carried out, I had a family member load my original script in Johannesburg, at a Clicks there, using my credentials and shared Discovery and Clicks account. I then went to the one here and they had no idea what I was talking about, and stared at the PC confused as they could not see anything or bother to do some digging around as ALL the click's are linked via account. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am sick to death of walking in there, and being treated with disrespect by *********** and everchanging staff. Not to mention the tils which are constantly unattended, and the pharmicists refusing to take responsibility and rather telling me "I must take it up with the pharmicist that helped me last time" - as if it was MY problem, and not theirs to deal with.</p>
