RUDE TELLERS

<p>At Clicks Comaro view. I was at the teller and all the goods were on the counter. I put my shopping bag down. she rang up all the items, and still did not put the good in the bag. I paid, and she sill did not attempt to put the goods in the bag. she pushed the receipt at me and I said ' put it in the bag' . she then said 'take the slip', and i said. 'put it in the bag'. she kept pushing the receipt at me saying 'take it, take it'. this was so embarrassing her shouting at me, so eventurally I took it and put it in the bag, she then procedded to put the goods in the bag, saying 'you have to say please to me , you have to please to me' with a smirk of winning on her face. she did not say please to me when she shoved the receipt at me. I find this teller is very rude. there is also one other teller in this shop that is also very rude. I think that some customer service training is required here. On another note, the staff at the prescription/self medication counter are the complete opposite. could not be nicer and very pleasant. I compliment them, all of them. it is a pity that I have to go to the other counter to pay for the medication. I hate the thought of going in there, wondering if i will be faced with a rude teller</p>
