Rude supervisor (Nelly)

Polokwane Clicks i had the bad experience with a worker there i think she is a supervisor, her name is Nelly, today morning she was at the door with the security, i had parcels in my hand and i greeted her which she didn't respond but she had a very angry face. She just told me to give her my plastic i didn't understand she looked at me funny and tapped my things roughly.
