Rude Store Manager

Kagiso Serothwane is a rude, unprofessional and vulgar store manager. I went to collect a pargo delivery today and I received the most unwelcoming treatment from the manager. He refused to assist me even after I had provided him with my details and then proceeded to say he will not be assisting me in picking up my parcel. I do not know if these are the kind of employees that Clicks chooses to hire but you really need to look at who you place in positions of power. His own colleagues were willing to assist me but because of his own mood he even spoke to his colleauges in a disrecpectful manner. I am very unhappy with the lack of assistance I received at the store. I want this matter to be resolved by their regional supervisor or someone that holds higher power.
