Rude Staff member - Clicks Liberty Midlands Mall

Good Day

On the 03/11/2019 i visited the clicks store at liberty midlands mall. The store closes at 5pm. It was about 4:50pm 10 mins before the store closes. One of the stuff(a short coloured lady- I did not get her name. She was wearing a blue shirt) members screams from the middle of the store to the guard at the door "close the doors, were do these things come from, they sleep the whole day and when its time to close then they want to shop"

That is disgusting that a staff member will speak like that in front of customers, she had no regard for the people around her, this matter needs to be dealt with as this not exceptable.

The store needs to check there cameras to pin point the staff member , at the time of the incident was looking at the hair dyes, the cameras will clearly pick up the staff member.
