Rude staff member at clicks pharmacy

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at Clicks pharmacy on 29/03/2025 at Fourways mall. Despite visiting your store for self-treatment medication, my experience was spoiled by the unacceptable behavior of the staff member (Not to mention his name here) who was assisting me.

The staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional, making me feel uncomfortable. As a customer seeking health assistance, I expect to be treated with kindness. Unfortunately, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful.

I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to address this issue. I would appreciate a response regarding this issue to ensure better service for your customers in the future
