RUDE STAFF CLICKS

Clicks is also another bad company that is hiring rude people who can't even service their customers. I bought something at clicks 2 days back and money went of from my account, but when I check on my app it's still says transaction pending hence I'm in trouble because I want to close my account at capitec because someone keeps taking my money from my account. Now they say I can't close the account because clicks haven't banked their funds I must call clicks so that they will clear transaction and then I'll be able to close my account.

I called clicks Durban office they said I must call cape town office and I did, but the agent was rude and she says I don't know what you talking about, it's an issue of you and a bank, she denied to transfer me to their finance department as advise by previous agent and she dropped the call while shouting.

I need cliçks to clear funds on my account, or give me an authorization letter for capitec to remove the hold and close my account because if they don't I will also loose my salary as my account is already on negative.
