Rude Staff at Cresta Clicks Branch

I popped into the Cresta Branch for some cosmetics.<br> <br> When I went to pay the woman behind the counter was sour, unhelpful and seemed ****ed off with everything that I asked her.<br> I thought that the price was incorrect on my purchase so went quickly back to check it. <br> I was mistaken as your pricing was accurate. Her response to that was one of irritated disgust.....<br> I then asked for change for a R100 note and was refused as they did not have enough.<br> <br> Now I understand that sometimes there is not change available. HOWEVER, the response from the teller does not need to be rude, surly and unprofessional.<br> <br> I also object to be staff to discuss the issue in front of me in a language that I do not understand.<br> The manager that came over could have dealt with it in a more professional manner. <br> A simple \ apologies ma'am, but as we have just opened our tills are short on cash, however there is a bank just around the corner that can assist you\"...... NOT \"No, we just opened\"<br> <br> This is not the first time I have had shoddy service from your staff, but it will be the last as neither myself nor my family will never step foot into any clicks again.<br> "
