Rude staff at Click Hillcrest Boulevard, Pretoria

The personal at clicks Hillcrest Boulevard in Pretoria were rude and unwilling to help. I went there to pick up my OneDayOnly package, at that point there was load-shedding, i was told they were closed until power was back. I told the staff i was only there to collect a package and not to make a purchase from the store self, they ignored this and rudely told me to come back later.
