Rude staff

Good Day,

I tried to call the customer service centre number but was on hold for about 20mins so decided to try this avenue.

Yesterday I encountered such rude and disgusting behaviour by the till assistant's at Click Fleurdal Bloemfontein.

When she was serving she spoke in a language I dont understand and wouldn't start serving me till I responded and i couldn't.Then she kept saying plastic so I said yes I would like a plastic yes. She doesnt greet,she doesnt ask for clicks card anything and th very different from the service process I'm used to from clicks.

Then she kept speaking in Sotho I asked her can she not speak english because for one I cant hear her and that's the language of business.She said she doesnt know english,she said this in sotho but was helped by the person I was with to translate!

I immediately called manage guarding till,then she all of a sudden started to speak english.....I reported this to manage and asked for an official place to record a complaint, she said to call the call centre.

This behaviour is disgusting and one that is unprofessional esp to your customers as clicks,it speaks to how unaccommodating Clicks is to the people from different walks of life. That was tribalistic behaviour and such cant be tolerated in our rainbow Nation. I await your response on the matter.
