Rude staff

So a few of the people got to clicks around 3 including me, they were busy locking up switching the lights of taking they bags and ready to walk out, so we kept asking what time do you guys close cause on the it says they close at 4, we asked the security he ignored us ,another staff walked out and when he was asked why you guys are closing he laughed, they have an illiterate behaviour and very rude to customers, then a lady walked out locking the doors but nobody had an explanation as to why they closed an hr early then they suppose to
