Rude service and no help at all

I went o the Clicks store to buy some necessities and after a very nice gentleman assist me with a basket as I ended up getting more than what I intended I went to check out, no one greeted me, paid for my shopping, swiped my card and left after I received my slip. 5 min later another sms on my phone - the same amount was debited AGAIN from my account!! I phoned the bank which confirmed two amounts went to clicks- so I went to Clicks and I was rudely told I have to wait 48hours to get over R700 back. When I explained that I wont be in the area in 48hours I was told we understand and no conclusion reached. the manager has the same don't care attitude. <br> I willnot ever shop there again. I have a 2year old so used to shop at Clicks a lot - from now on I will go to Dischem or any other pharmacy where the services doesn't suck and people actually try and assist you or give you an alternative!!<br> <br> oh and while I was at Clicks I was told I am not the first person that came to complain about the same issue!<br> <br> Disgusting service!
