Rude pharmacist

Give the pharmacist a script which has clear instructions for an ointment to be mixed in a specific special cream. Pharmacist has the scripts but adds a aqueous cream to the bill when I asked why she says she was not aware... She did not ask and I'm sure she can read instructions
