Rude pharmacist at Clicks Tygervalley Intercare

I just had bad service at your Tygervalley Intercare branch with one of your Pharmacists by the name of Louise Roos. I came to collect a script and also had a new script with me. After he handed me my collection Louise intervened and told this guy (forgot name) to tell me to go stand in the queue again, when I questioned this he couldn't tell me why and Louise just ignored me and walked past me after I called her to explain. Then the guy left me at the window and I am just standing there looking like an idiot. Eventually another pharmacist came to help me when I just hear Louise barking out another order from a distance. When I asked her why she cant just speak to me directly cause I am standing right here she just shouted with a stinking attitude "CAUSE I AM BUSY!" What a nasty lady it seems like everyone was tiptoeing around her. This was not acceptable behaviour
