Rude pharmacist at Clicks Pharmacy

Went to Clicks Pharmacy at Brixton Protia Center on the 30th of July 2021 needed to get my son ointment for a cold sore, when I got to the pharmacist at till number 5 she asked what I needed I told her ointment for my sons cold sore she then asked for my ID I gave it to her but at the same time was explaining that she needed my medical aid card as he is on my moms medical aid and my ID wasn't going to help her as I'm explaining this to her I'm getting the medical aid card out of my purse she then slid my ID back to me and asked if I had my mothers ID (dont know why I'd walk around with that) I said to her i dont have it and she quickly said then i cant help you. I was in compleat shock as this has NEVER EVER happened to me iv always been able to get medical assistance for my son at any other Clicks weather it be over the counter or a script. I then told her that this was a first for me and while still trying to understand why I couldn't be assisted she buzzed for the next customer I then said to her I'm still taking to her and continued to ask her how it is that I couldn't be helped without my mother being there or me having her ID with me I then gave her a sinario if he gets hurt and I have to take him ti hospital I'm then going to be expected to drag her with me or not be able to help him till she get to me or I wont be able to take him to a GP if his sick and get a script because I'll need her to be with me to get his medication??? Her reply was yes I wouldn't be helped unless i had my mothers ID and a letter of concent for me to use the medical aid. This is unelectable my mother is the main member of her medical aid and my son is a dependent as his mother I can use and get help for him on that medical aid without my mother having to be present or for me to have her ID that sould actually always be on her person. This women just didnt want to assist me I'd like some feedback.
