Rude pharmacist at Clicks Milnerton Pharmacist also unprofessional and uneducated

I wanted to collect my script amounts to roughly R100. Which clicks centrepoint dispensed this morning at 11.56am as per the sms received. My husband wanted to collect it, but they would not give it without the original. So he left, then I asked the doctor to send it directly to your branch. But now I received a second sms at 14.47. Saying the I must pay R140. And a guy called Gilesh ( now I know is Dilesh) calls me and says that I must pay the R3788?? Why does the amount differ and what did you do to change this???!!!! I am super irritated with clicks as their phones are not working according to Gilesh nothing at centrepoint works. And he can’t explain why the costs differ?? How many scripts did you dispense? He also wrote me this long email in caps but they can’t answer their phones. He also **** and said I swore at them!! Wow shocked Called ME uncouth.. worst service ever see email from Dilesh
