Rude Pharmacist Assistant

I went to get my prescriptions at Clicks Greenstone, Bonginkosi was not at the counter, I had to wait for him and when he came he did not even apologise or even greet for that matter. I let that pass, I asked him a question, does medical aid cover contraceptives and he said he didn't understand my question... is this a difficult question? there after he left me at counter and went to disagree/argue with people at the back about invoices that he had sent them. When he cam back I asked if he could give me more medication that were not on prescription and he screamed at me saying that Medical aid covers just about anything and I asked him why is he screaming at me like he was doing the people at the back as I was able to hear them and he said I had a problem and that I must leave the pharmacy, he said I was looking for a fight and did not want to help me anymore. He is not friendly, very rude and has no idea what customer service is about. he should never assume that because he works at a pharmacy and has the knowledge that he has that we also have it. with his attitude he is not supposed to be doing any job that lets him deal with clients.
