Rude pharmacist

I was at Eyethu mall around 14:40 cause the line was too long instead of having to stand in the queue, i wanted to ask if whatever i needed was available, i then went to the pharmacist named katlego And politely asked her if i can find certain medication i was looking for and before i spoke to her i asked the customer if can i please ask then the lady agreed but the pharmacist answered me with an attitude and told me she's not gonna attend me i must go stand in the line and wait for my turn, of which i didn't have a problem with that but i didn't wanna stand in the line knowing i wouldn't find what exactly i will be looking for, i then asked her why is she being rude, she said take it however you wanna take it if you think I'm rude so be it, her colleague the lady she was working with started laughing.. She then continued talking to the customer about me i then asked her why is she talking about me she told me to shut up! I am truly not happy with how she assisted me and worse she removed her name tag after all this incident... She ended up making unpleasant comments about me in other customers
