Rude Pharmacist

I went to Click in Chris hani crossing in Vosloorus to collect my prescription,because I will be travelling and where I am going there’s no clicks I requested a copy of my script but the lady in the pharmacy told me that she doesn’t have time to go and dig up by script I need to come when it is not busy. So that means I need to go to clicks and check if there’s no queue on a daily basis that is down right rude and ridiculous. I did not get a name of the Lady but she was working in counter 6 around 5 on the 30 Nov
