Rude Management and *********** staff

I am appauled at how Clicks Acornhoek operates, firstly then don't have done baby soaps on shelves, we ask the merchandiser to check the store room with no success. They didn't order in time. My sister decided to express her views and dissatisfaction about that on the clicks website instead of hello Peter, Some time later the store manager calls my sister telling her that what she did was wrong and she should have come to him first, yelling mind you. When my sister asked, did you have the stock in store and he he re p**** no they just ordered. Is that the way management's treats loyal customers? I am disguised by this behavior I might just go to Hello Peter.
