Rude lady over the phone at Clicks Rockdale mall

Clicks Rockdale Mall A lady that is shouting over the phone today like she is crazy. Calling regarding a parcel to be collected its been sitting on their counter for weeks now and I always collect manually without a pin, most colleagues assist me manually and she says she does not know how to do it, so she shouts because she does not know how to do he job.
