Rude dismissal

I received a very bad service at Proyea Glen Mall. I went to get my prescribed medication, i noticed that my number was not called for a while now and the screen no longer shows my ticket number. I went to one of the consultants and got a rude dismissal from her. I went back to sit down and waited as she told me that my number was not called yet. 30 minuted later when i went back she then told me my number was called a long time ago which it didn't and that is why i got up to ask her about it she dismissed me. I told her that i saw it just disappeared on the screen and she didnt even want to check my number. She didnt care and told me she will help me after the next person comes through which was hour an hour already me being at the shop.
