Rude Delivery Service

I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of one of your delivery drivers. She contacted me once and sent a brief WhatsApp message stating “delivery.” When I returned her call just three minutes later, she responded rudely, saying, “I don’t know why you people order and don’t answer the phone.”

I calmly explained that I had included detailed delivery instructions specifically to assist in case of any difficulty, as I was in a meeting and unable to answer immediately. I had also provided a secondary contact number for this very reason. Despite this, her tone and attitude remained unprofessional and discourteous.

This has been the most unpleasant experience I have had with a delivery driver. I strongly believe that individuals who lack basic customer service skills and patience should not be placed in customer-facing roles.
