Rude, condescending, unprofessional and sabotaging your business

I received a text message that my medication is ready for collection on 21/11/23. I went to collect my medication today 26/11/23 and had an absolutely horrid experience. I've been going to this store, Clicks Twin City Mall, for years and the staff has always been brilliant until today. When I collected my medication I was told they're our of stock on one item on the script (which is on repeat). I ask the lady assisting me if there's any alternatives and she went to consult the Pharmancy Manager in the back. The PM, who was not dressed in clicks uniform, came me.very rudely and arrogantly that they don't have the items and I can go to Dis-chem. Firstly Dis-chem is very far away from where I'm staying. I was shocked that this lady is actively sabotaging your business by being rude, condescending and sending customers to your main competitor and dressing in a manner that makes your pharmacy look unprofessional. She was even shouting at me while assisting another customer. She's doesn't deserve working for a brand I love so much
