Rude Clicks Smith Street, Manager

I had a very unpleasant experience with Clicks Smith Street..I bought a Vodacom airtime worth R170, the cashier by the name of Mxolisi gave me Telkom...I immediately put it in the bag trusting that It was Vodacom...When I tried to return the manager who was very rude to me said he couldn't assist me because the cashier is not at work, I must come back the following day which was gonna cost me more money....Clicks has to do better in terms of customer service...I can carry a loss because of the *********** staff...my biggest problem is with the manager...rude and unprofessional
