Rude cashier

The cashier service in clicks clearwater is appalling. I purchased products and was asked my club card however I don't have a physical one, and she said I should send a WhatsApp which I did, however clicks has no signal whatsoever and the message did not go through. I told the cashier this and she very nonchalantly told me there is nothing she can do. I asked if she can look on the system and with attitude she said no. This triggered me and I said what am I supposed to do if you have no signal and I cannot get the card information? and she just shrugged saying clearwater mall has no signal and she cannot do anything about it. So where is the solution? I had to walk outside to get the information and returned. I requested that she address this issue with whomever to attend to the signal issue and she once again with attitude said it's the mall, and I told her its not the mall because I walked out and literally second later the message went through. Another customer told this same cashier her name tag is upside down, Ironically the cashier behind her responded sayin "this is why she is so rude today" So this clearly means its not the first time.
