RUDE CASHIER

I must mention that the kind of service i received at TONGA clicks is disappointing and not expected at this day and age. I went there to collect my parcel but my screen cracked and could not show the cashier the message from pargo. The cashier did not want to listen and hear my issue.when i explained to her that the must be a way to sought this oit other than telling me to call pargo bearing in my mind my phone screen cracked. She became irritated telling me its not her duty to assist.untill i demanded to speak to the manager who understood and she did the correct thing phoned pargo ,so my question is to clicks store your cashiers are they aware about pargo and were they thought how to handle situations when they arise as the will .how is the company dealing with rude staff.the manager was having her tag but the cashier by the name of Happy Makhubela had none and i got the name of the cashier from the manager Carol Mkhabela. We cant be afraid to go to clicks to collect our parcels because of one individual who is Happy Makhubela get your house in order.
