Rude behaviour

I experienced some bad behaviour and abuse from the pharmacist Jeanette at the Rivonia Clicks . They had previously not filled my script because it was a faxed copy and when I spoke to my doctor he advised me that the script should have been filled. It was subsequently filled at Dischem with no questions asked . I was back at Clicks today and felt I should provide feedback on this. I advised the lady at the the prescription table who was a Pharmacy Assistant and she referred me to Jeanette who I assume is the pharmacist . J was busy with a customer while I was at the next counter. She began shouting and saying that I had completed a ******** act and so had my doctor as well as dischem . She went off on a complete tirade and even walked to the back still loudly telling me that I was in the wrong .I had not raised my voice and simply presented her with the information as I had received it and the service I had experienced elsewhere . I told her that there was no reason for her to shout and was quite perturbed by her overreaction especially in front of all the customers in the area. Totally inappropriate and a complete overreaction . Definetely shocking customer service and uncalle
