RUDE BEHAVIOR FROM MANAGER AND APPALLING SERVICE AT CLICKS OLYMPUS VILLA

On the 3rd of October 2019 I wanted to pay. I was standing in line to pay where 3 cashiers ware available. Me and my daughter were the only clients at the tills. My daughter was help 1st and as we were using the same basket I took may products out and waited to be helped. Two of the people behind the tills was standing together and I asked if I can pay for the product when the Manager told me they we busy. +- 15 seconds other customers came to the tills and was called immediately to be served. When I asked the manager why the other customers were helped before me he told me that he previously said they (he and a teller) were busy. GREAT SERVICE CLICKS OLYMPUS VILLA. Luckily this is not the only Clicks in Pretoria East and I would advice everyone rather to go to one of the other branches as this was not the first time I was treated rudely.
