Rude assistant at clicks Jabulani Mall

I was at clicks today didnt have my card for the points i asked the guy who was assisting me to use my card number for points as i dont have my card with me.She called Nomfundo Mabena to assist him she took her time when she came she was screaming state what you want when you call me dont just call my name i then explained my problem she rolled her eyes like im talking *******. She then called another lady to come assist i tell her the story she then rolls her big eyes you should have said im thinking you want to pay with your bank card number that time she is screaming loud with attitude she then says thats easy she doesnt know how to.speak to customers she is extremely rude. Instead of assisting she then said argh let me go im taking my lunch .I dont know if her attitude is based on the customer base because its a black community you can do as you please and treat customers with atittude .I was really dissapointed and angry the other lady who was assisting me begged me to not report this she tried apologising but i was too angry and annoyed i didnt want to say much i just left the store
