Rude arrogant ********* barbaric customer service

Today I was really shocked with the horrific, pathetic and ********* customer service I received from a Manager of Clicks Pharmacy in Golden Walk. PROUDLY wearing a name badge with his Name Donny Ngobeni was very arrogant disrespectful and undermining when he was assisting me. The que was very slow but finally came my turn .. he didnt ask me to come through . Seeing that someone had left I went through to him no greetings looking very serious, irritated and checking his watch.I greeted and asked if he is waiting for someone or he said no he will assist me. He said no he will assist me. I then asked for the medication I wanted he brought but there was a levy for the nurofen. I then asked for a generic . He gave me that crazy undermining look like what do you know. He asked me what is a generic. So I told him please give me something with the same function but with no levy. I further on asked him that he really doesnt know what generic is because I am always offered that option by click pharmacists all the time ii was really strange getting that kind of question from a clicks Manager for that fact. He then asked me I want to fight him. I asked him why he is being rude he left me and came back after 5 minutes so when he came back I asked him if I can get the alleged with 100 instead of 30. He said he is done with me he cant do that. He will have to do this separately so I asked him how came his done when I had asked him to give me some pain ****ers which are on my script. He left me agin for another 5 minutes then came back telling me I have a levy of r42. Honestly words cant explain how bad and rude this manager was. I asked for my script medication he rudely tuned the screen to me and rudely said read n tell me what medication you want. I asked him what his problem is he left and came back with a print out and Arrogantly told me to sign. So I asked him again so you havent even assisted me with the pain****ers I want and you rudely ordering me to sign. A manager that ******** and in a service delivery environment. No customer s****s or etiquette

This man was the rudest of all the rude people I have met. I can not Express the level of disgrace and disappointment I experienced at the hands of a manager who should know better on how to treat a customer. Who should be respectful and a leader. But him conducting himself insuch a manner in front of his peers was *********. Everything written here is an understatement. For him knowing that I will definitely report this he still continued being rude and refused to help me. He still rudely asked me to sign .I then tasked him to reverse everything after having to stand for more than 30 minutes there. He still maintained his arrogance and was not apologetic. He told me to go I have my card he will reverse. I then went to Clicks Lambton where I was assisted by Comfort . A very friendly guy with a smile and was done in less than 2 minutes. GOLDEN WALK CLICKS has alwys been pethic and have bad service but having experienced that from a Manager its extremely disappointing. I also come from a service delivery industry and that is not acceptable especial coming from a leader. I do not buy medication on account or maybe to deserve such treatment. I am a paying customer who at the end of the day contribute torwards that very same managers salary. A lot of people are looking for jobs it is sad that he doesnt appreciate his customer and undermines .
