Rude and unproffesional behaviour

An extreamly rude John assisted us today at Clicks Sophiatown. Firstly the pharmacy lost our script and he refused to help us. While trying to sort the matter out and while I was talking, he just walked away while I was speaking. When I asked he contacted Sian, he just said he cant.

The lady next to him ended up assisting me very professional, calm and knew what she was doing.

We have been going to clicks for years and I am utterly disghusted and dissapointed in the treatment received.
